The stranger entered and everyone stared at his chiseled jaw, short blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, and extremely muscled body. Intimidating, yet approachable, he sauntered toward the bar and nodded to the barkeep. Even though the stranger had never been to the bar before, the keep passed him a Red Brick Blonde Ale, somehow knowing exactly what the stranger wanted. For those of you who don't know, I was in a car accident on Monday that totaled my car. It also means my back is killing me. It's hard for me to sit still for any length of time and that makes posting difficult, too. I'll try to stop in as much as I can, but I can't make too many promises. It looks like that time has finally arrived. This upcoming Tuesday I'll begin Basic Training for the Airforce, and will be on LoA for at least 9 weeks. Maybe up to 13, depending on how soon after that I can get internet access. I'll actually be leaving this Sunday, and may have limited internet access Sunday and Monday evenings, but for all intents and purposes, my LoA starts this Sunday. Was wondering if anyone was interested in mixing it up a bit on the border of the blight. I'm imagining a medium scale skirmish involving a borderlander's patrol encountering a raiding party of shadowspawn. I thought we might try a thread where we can all rant about the things that are getting to us, or share what made you happy. Just so's you all don't feel like going first, I'll start with a rant :P As most of you know, I'm busy with the year-end financials (getting everything ready for the auditors). Hey I want to do a group chat between those who are active members of this group, and if someone has interest they can join in too, to do some brainstorming so how many would be interested of partisipating is then the question, and which times are best suitable please use gmt so we all are on the same page of when this would be personally i work from 7 am to 3 pm gmt time (8-16 gmt+1) workdays i also have easter off but will then be in states so different time, and i do not know when i will be in and out during those days, its sort of random stuff with friends and family wanting to meet up

Just thought I'd let you all know - not an official LOA but my husband is working away two our of every three weeks at the moment, and is home on weekends. I'm always around, but every weekend until at least June I will be only on quickly to check things, since it's quality family time for me with hubby and the kids :). If you need me, I still check my mail and the boards when I can, but don't expect posts very often on a Saturday or Sunday (Sunday and Monday for anyone in a timezone in the US). Just so you're not cursing me all weekend for not posting for you ;) Also - stay tuned for some fun novice/accepted RPs I have planned for you guys!

Ok, so I did a little digging and found this thread: http://forums.dragonmount.com/index.php/topic,21247.0.html According to the layout in that thread, the Second Petition, the Midnight Vigil, Battle Weaves and the Second Petition are all optional, but they go towards becoming a Defender. What are your thoughts? PS- the WS of 5 is still a requirement for Accepted who petition the Greens for acceptance.
