Um.. Hi. I'm new. And I just started reading the first book today.. so yay. :o

HI I was a member and was getting the newsletters but then all of a sudden they stopped and when I came to log in...I couldn't! I've been reading the WOT books since the first one came out! Can't say as I'm truly up on everything...cause I'm sure I've forgotten a lot since the first one came out followed by all the others! Anyway...I am so glad it looks like my FAVORITE character...Moraine ...may be coming back in the next book! After she "died" I sort of lost a lot of interest in the books...though I bought them all and faithfully read them. Helen

Hi, I've never really done this before so don't be offended if I mess this up. Also I'd like to appologize for my horendus spelling in advance. Before this site, I had no idea there were so many WoT fans...It's really awsome. I mean, who couldn't get addicted to these books, they're simply geneous. I'm only on six now. I started reading them in fourth grade. My mom homeschooled me until 5th and she made me read the first two then. I got discouraged by thier size so she read the first ones to me and my siblings every night. After that we were all addicted, I can still remeber staying up all night just to finnish the books. Hello everyone I'm fairly new to the site, and after trying to catch up on posts I decided to join. A co-worker introduced me to WOT about 7 years ago, and I have been hooked ever since. I am waiting for spring semester to be over so I can start the series again. Anyway a bit about me; I am married with 3 kids, I have been a paramedic for 8 years, and am now the director of an ambulance service in a semi rural county in Utah. Hello there, im just registered, but ive read every so often DM. I'm a WoT reader since 2000 and ive enjoyed every book, some more some less. At this moment im rereading the series so as to remember a bit more (i dont have a good memory so i have to remember stuff) and re enjoy the books. im not a very good forum writer, but i read the opinions more than write. I look forward to adding my thoughts when I can. Also ive tried some other material from the series, such as th Wot PC game by legend (to Unreal for my taste and does not have a very good story)and the MUD (a bit unfriendly the usage) and still prefer the books. I'm a long time reader, first time dragonmount member. It looks like you've all put a lot into this site since I last visited. The artwork has definitely improved. I got on today to get an update on how RJ's doing. I'm glad to hear he's on his way up. I know we all think a lot of him and the wonderful alternate reality he has created for us. I've lurked here a few times, and thought why not register? I've not been reading WOT for but a year, and needless to say that I'm hooked. I'm working on my second round of reading, and it is interesting to check all the discussions of all the topics and puzzle all of them out. I like doing that. I may post some, maybe little, who knows. I've two computers, and two teenagers, so guess who looses out on computer time? Just registered yesterday I am a long time reader of the series and I absolutly adore it. Read books 1-11 and the prologue (a couple of times ). Haven't read "The World of Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time" yet though but I'm really, really, really looking forward to it, especially since book 12 won't be out soon. Get well soon RJ!! I am a bit intimitated by the forum. I know RJ writes thick volumes but... How the **** am I to read all of this? Every time I re-read them I see something new and interesting and I find it comforting to see on these forums that I am not the only one who just hasn't gotten it all. Well, hi everyone. I have a question burning me up here! I've uploaded three art pics of mine concerning WOT like 7-8 days ago and not ONE person beside myself has looked at them. Now, I wouldn't be concerned except that all these other pics have got thousands of views and I'm a little disappointed. Am I doing something wrong? Can ppl even get to them when I'm not logged on? Hope the question isn't too lame- I'd REALLY appreciate some sort of tip! THANKS! Leaf

Hey, im sort of new here, i was a member a long time ago, but im back again, and i like what i see so far.

Hmmmm, where to start? Well I did Rp'ing before over in brokenworld and was a mod there aswell before times got tough. Myself? Well I'm a college student studying Graphic Design in Ireland *please don't request for me to say 'where's me lucky charms'* I've rp'ed for about 2 years before taking a year break and starting again. I'll more than likely continue some of my old characters here and run them in and out of each others stories as I have a habit of doing. The two main ones would be Gabriel and Vaken *New character actually* Two opposites. I have a picture drawn depicting Gabriel... Unfortunately I've yet to draw a new picture of him so this one …

Nice to be here, just registered today, im a big RJ fan, have been for almost 8 years now. Came across this forum about 2 years ago but never bothered creating an account, but it seems the next addition in the series is making fast progress so thought i'd add my opinions to some threads. I am a student of criminology and political science and literature is one of my hobbies and i write short stories and poems on occasion. Again, its nice to be here, have a rad day.

I am a big fan of Wheel of Time, but I am still green when it comes to the mythology of it. I have read up to the fifth book, but I always get confused and always end up restarting, which I am actually about to do once I finish reading Red Dragon. My favorite character in Wheel of Time is Loial. He's such an amazing character, a lot like myself, except I am not Ogier (wow that was really nerdy of me to say). Haha, anyways, not to much to me.
