    I´ve thought about this a lot and I think I have it figured out.

     

    1. Someone chopped down the tree. Then sent it to another dimension. Where it became one of those angry ents that Treebeard is trying to control. 

     

    Or it could be an easier explanation.

     

    2. Someone chopped down the tree. Then made it into toilet paper. Doesn´t this look a little bit like the DT?

    Pretty constant, although hard to tell sometimes.

    Their lack of a range of facial expressions. Need to poop looks a eating. I can never tell whether one has to poop or thinks I look tasty. So confusing!!
