Fastest way to Israel is by Hamas rocket, but if I were you I'd wait for a plane. Much more comfortable, much lower chance of being shot out of the air.

You don't have access to the hidden boards yet?

 

You earn points for signing in to roll calls, playing games and by making your superiors laugh, and you can then spend them to rank up your strength in the One Power. After you've got some strength and become a Soldier, you get to choose a faction.

What do i get if i make my inferiors cry?

Probably a few pretty pictures, as one of the most common ways of making inferiors cry is to give them push-ups, where they have to make X posts with a certain theme. You do need to be a full Asha'man to be allowed to do that though.
