    Thanksgiving dinner - family, gravy, pumpkin pie..what's not to love?

    About the holidays themselves, I have enjoyed attending Samhain SCA events, and I love the seasonal food available at the end of the harvest season, the cooler weather, the smell of woodsmoke. 

     

    As far as modern Halloween, I enjoy seeing children having fun (I particularly love it when they get inventive with their own costumes).

    I'm not sure that I am a member. :tongue:

     

    This is my favorite time of the year. I think there's something kind of... spiritual to it, in an earthy sense. I just feel more connected to the world this time of year.
