Do we fill out a form and email it or can we just request a Talent? 

 

I was musing that the Talent for reading residues would be very useful for my Red. *_*

The application form is on the WT website. You can find it HERE

 

The table with slots available is HERE although I suspect most will be open as that's outdated and I don't see anyone using that particular Talent anyway.

 

That form will send it to wtdiv@dragonmount.com so Kat will be able to consider the request. :smile:
