My Asha'man Coat

I wanted to share this all with you because I am so proud of myself!  I've wanted to make an Asha'man coat forever, and I finally decided to make one for this year's JordanCon.  It turned out better than I expected (I'm only an intermediate sewer, and though the pattern said "easy" it wasn't that easy....)

Nice! Some day I'll go to JordanCon...

You really must!  (This is my first year, listen to me all demanding...)

I've looked into it, and I mean tickets aren't bad, but it's the travel and lodging I can't quite justify as an expense

It's worth the money.  It's a great convention, and there is so much to do!  Everyone is so, so friendly and welcoming!  Plus, you can talk about WoT with almost anyone there and they know exactly what you're talking about!  (The exception being people like my mom; I might bring her with me next year, and she knows nothing about WoT, but she'd still enjoy it because she loves people.)

Too broke. Wanted to go but....meh. That's a slick getup though! You did a good job on it

Bill’s Black Tower Facebook group?  Or is there another I’m not aware of?

I’m in the JordanCon costumers group.

On FB, though, I go by my pen name: Foster Bridget Cassidy.

Yep! Bill's group. I'm Jennifer K. Barry on there. :)
