Another book question (not WoT)

Featured Replies

For any of you who read Elizabeth Hadon's Rhapsody (Forgot name of the saga) I read the back of the book. Looked ok. And she is also compared to RJ and JRRT and also published by ToR. So I decided to try it out. So I read the kinda prolouge thing (it's not a chapter) Its about a Gwydion like getting messed around with. He mights a girl and they in a field (for those of you who read this you know what im talking about) and then he was supposed to go over her house. But couldn't because of whatever reasons. Can someone explain to me what this Meridion guy is doing ?

Do yourself a favour and give the book to a charity shop immediately - or return it to the library if you didn't buy it. The series is so awful that I never did stick around long enough to find out what Meridion was doing. The heroine is the very definition of a Mary Sue: so incredibly, awe-inspiringly beautiful, intelligent, powerful, magical, beloved of everybody and all-round perfect that she was impossible to like.

Yep I bought it for $10 canadian lol. Only reason I bought it was because I needed a new series to start and hold me off till RJ can finish AmoL
