growth for my business. it's our fifth anniversary and we have a lot planned that'll hopefully gain us more fans along the way

No plans, too evil to have plans. But seriously, my resolution has always been to have no resolution.

Gotta get a *stab* in

I don't really like to make New Year's resolutions; I constantly have a short-term goals list going, however. I just know that life can change abruptly and unexpectedly, and I don't want to end up in a situation where I have to abandon a New Year's resolution and then feel guilty about it. That's just a me thing, though.

Mine is to spend more time with family members and expand our business more.

Already I spent a week with my daughter. Which was very nice. Trying to figure out going to visit her now. I need to take a trip to see my dad as well who lives across the country from me.

As for the business, I am ready for an employee who is competent. The gal we have now has done nothing but make mistakes that take longer to fix. This is what I get for hiring a friend. Trying to figure out what to do.
