Aragorn and Mat stood across from each other in the arena. Aragorn with Andruil, Mat with his Ashandarei. Then they both ran towards each other weapons flashing in the light. Sparks flew from their weapons striking and counter striking. 

           Aragorn swung his sword faster than the eye could see and looked like it hit, but no. His sword got caught on Mat's medallion allowing Mat enough time to slide a knife out of his sleeve and stab Aragorn in the chest.

Oh, this is a tough one. Good write up! 

 

Hm... I feel that Aragon is most skilled but Mat is Mat. His luck rarely fails him. I´ll vote Mat but I might get persuaded to change my vote.

Ya, I have to agree,  Aragorn can't beat the dark ones own luck.
