I think it’d be interesting to have the stories reorganized into individual books that exclusively followed 1 character from the beginning of their story arc to the end.

 

a fun way to re-read the series.

 

all the appropriate chapters gathered and combined into one book.  Or in some cases, a series of short stories when following various minor characters.

That would be cool.

I also think it would be especially cool for someone to go back and write the first book (or more) from other persepctives.  Esepcially Moraine, Lan, Egwene, and Thom.

you could almost re-write each chapter from different perspectives, and get a whole new pile of foreshadowing.
