ok we are new and working on geting up and running but having a focus, some ideas and prioritizing can help us

 

when the movies hit we migth have an influx of members...what are ideas for things we should get done then? and what are things you would like to see more of, that you think will be usefull to dealing with a potential influx, and making them feel welcome so they stay?
