Does anybody have a good peanut butter cookie recipe? I want them chewy, not crunchy. I had the best recipe, and left it stuck to the refrigerator when I moved, along with almost all of my best recipes. I've been able to replace most of them, but not the peanut butter cookies.

I'll ask my mom for it, she has it on a card somewhere in another country. They are perfect recipe for soft/buttery peanut butter cookies. >.>

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

• 1 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 cup margarine/butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars.

Blend in eggs and vanilla. 

Sift together dry ingredients and add.

Form round balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-17 minutes.

I'm kind of done baking for now, but hopefully, I can get to them next weekend.

mix well, roll into a ball, flatten and bake at 350 for 10-12 minute
