O.T.S. Tactics

Hey, what about all the other OTS stuff? nobody else has posted on my phys assessment/weapons training. Where are all the other people?

I didn’t specify the type of Battalion for a reason. I wanted the thread to feel like a classroom, or strategy planning tent, so you could have your character ask questions. For Ram’s first question, you could have your character explain the objective for either infantry or the Cavalry, or if you feel like it, both.

The important thing to remember is that the enemy is in two groups, and your battalion’s strength is equal to one, and outnumbered by the other. Ram doesn’t expect you to be perfect in your answers, but to show that you are capable of ‘higher thinking’. In war, not all battalion’s are just one type of soldier, nor are you able to break it down so easily.

Great question! If you have anymore, just let me know.

And Sato, you’ll have to talk to Kael about the other O.T.S. stuff, because I have no idea. If you think your missing people, just PM them or throw up a ‘Where the heck are you guys’ post on the OOC boards.

Lu Shei *how ever you spell it* i think would apply this way

2 forces... *and i have a mixed force*

I send the calvary to hit adn run tactics on the larger group drawing them off (maybe into a trap) once they lure them suffecnently away they double back and help my infantry smash teh smaller force

divide and conquore...

but i must always leave a way for my troops to fall back after all i am out numbered

Um, there is a kind of problem with the first post. I took a long time while writing for the first question, and Logan posted the answer to the first question while I was writing mine, so we both posted the answer to the first question. What is going to happen with that?

Sato, I posted for the next one and I believe that that post counted for Logan too, I'm unsure what have happened to the other people though.

Don’t worry about what happened. In my next post I’ll just have Ram ask the other trainee the same question. It’s not a big deal. We can just overlook the mishap and move on.

Everyone o.k. with that solution?

Alright then, back to the tactics classroom…
