I didn't see another thread for this, but I thought I could get some things in one place.

 

In the Consider Amazon episode 6 application for an Emmy, (Here: https://www.consideramazon.com/title/the-wheel-of-time ) they drop some hints for Season 2:

 

Spoiler

1) Lan, Perrin, and Rand all become very proficient with their respective weapons during Season 2 (well, Lan was already, but Perrin and Rand apparently get there). (Mat's actor wasn't at the session to find out).

2) Each core character will get an episode focused primarily on them during the season.

3) Most of the characters will be split apart from everyone else during much of the season.  We will be seeing who these people are when they are on their own.

 

These hints came Jordoncon 2022. 

 

Spoiler

In the show, there will be a considerable climax of the season at Falme. There will be Seanchen, Whitecloaks, and Aiel involved with that climax, with considerable stuntwork and fighting.
