Windows 11 - any experts out there?

So, got a new laptop for work last week. It comes with Windows 11 pre-installed. Yay.

Does anyone know how to get it to:

1) show less crap top and bottom so I can see more than a few lines of my spreadsheets

2) show all my open spreadsheets (excel), documents (word and pdf) INDIVIDUALLY at the bottom? Currently I can only find a way for it to bundled all my excel spreadsheets in 1 button, all the word docs in another button, etc - that doesn't work if you're hopping between multiple ones all the time.

    Not sure if this would work for you, but:

    ALT + TAB = Program Tabbing (switch between last window of separate programs, like Excel and Word)

    CTRL + TAB = Window Tabbing (switch between windows of the same program, like multiple windows of Excel)
