New Changes to the Aiel Org!

Hello, Tess here to tell you about the new changes and improvements to our Aiel Org!

Our first major change is to the actual rank structure of the Org itself. Some of the new changes we've implemented include:

• * No more clans for the Wise Ones. All Wise Ones are considered to be in the same "Dragonmount Clan" so to speak ;) It sticks with the structure of the books better and works better for the Org. The entire group will be led by Ell, Alarwyn and Jaydena.

• * There are now 2 societies instead of four. Unlike before, all female Algai'd'siswai will join the Far Dareis Mai led by Tessandra [myself] and all male Algai'd'siswai will join the Cor Darei led by Kaznen.

• * There is a new project requirement for all second tiered members [siswai'amon and Apprentices]. This is a way for our Junior Members to contribute to our Org in a unique way before they become Senior Members.

• * The two paths [Wise One and Algai'd'siswai] now have a distinct difference. The Wise Ones and their aspirants are considered the "internal group" and are in charge of producing activity inside the Org through games, contests, discussions, etc. Meanwhile, the Algai'd'siswai are considered the external group and promote inter-Org relations and outside activity through Raids, inter-Org competitions, etc.

• * A new rank has been added. All new members are considered gai'shain for their first two weeks and must do the bidding of any and all Senior Members ;)
