What was Thom talking about after the fight in KOD???

Featured Replies

In the Knife of dreams Mat is attacked after leaving an inn (Tuon thinks it was an "Hell"). After the fight, Thom tells everybody that he is getting old and starting seeing things that can not be. But that he will forget it becouse he is getting old. It appeares to be something about Selucia. But what is it? It is written as something important but is not mentioned afterwards. Does anybody have a clue what happened? (Mat whas fighting and did not see it...)

no i have no ideas!

but ive been dying to know why too.

so if anyone has any theories... please.

Thom sees Selucia killing some of the attackers and realizes that she is a bodyguard and not just a lady's maid. By saying he is getting old and seeing things Thom effectivly let Selucia and Tuon know that the secret is safe with him.

Head it on the head. This is why Thom does not any cuts as they where two people fighting.
