Grindhouse

If you haven't seen this Tarantino/Rodriguez double feature.... go see it!

It's a ton of fun. Nothin' like blood, zombies, a chick with a gun for a leg, great car chases, and hilarious fake trailers.

So like I said, go see it. It's definitely worth three hours.

And if you have seen it....what did ya think??

I had very low expectations for this movie and the movie far outdid what I thought it could do. Be prepared for over the top blood and gore and you will love this movie... oh and senseless plotlines. I was thoroughly entertained during the movie and that is all I can ask for... I even went to a 11pm showing (yes got out at 2:30am) and did not miss a beat.

See it if you like blood and guts, but not if you shy away from those type of films.

I saw it! It rocked my Socks!!! Even the fake trailers. hehehe. "Don't!"

I found myself cringing a lot with the first installment, Planet Terror. There was a lot of really gross goo there. And it was perfectly cheesey for me. It was like a thrill ride.

Death Proof took longer for me to get into. The beginning was slow, but once they got into the first car chase scene, I was hooked. And I LURVE me a muscle car, so I was drooling during the whole second half over all of That business.

I can't wait until it comes out on DVD.

1. I wanna throw a Grindhouse party

2. I wanna see some "making of" featurettes for Planet Terror.

3. I wanna see/hear some featurettes/commentary on the cars and Ship Mast game from Death Proof.

I'm gonna go see it again, tomorrow night probably. I missed one of the fake trailers cuz I had to go potty.
