Okay the latest search for a star thing on the BBC is to find an unknown to be the leading man in a new production of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

 

If you thought AI or X-Factor was bad this is making me shudder in horror!

My guilty, guilty, guilty pleasure.

 

I know it's bad. I know it's cheesy. But it's great! Though admittedly, so far I thought How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? was better.

 

No one has really stood out for me as yet (I have not watched tonight's episode- I record it and watch it on Sundays!) though I did like the guy from Bristol until he decided to be all crap :p

 

But I think it will hopefully get a bit more interesting. :)

Yep watched this too....They are good singers. Besides I watched for Heather as she loves this type of thing and is starting a performing arts school next week....so I will not get away from this ever again. *sighs*

Well I thought most of them were less than inspiring. The David Beckham clone is just odd and creepy. And the guy who sang to his girlfriend? Blurgh!

I'm not a great fan of this sort of programme, but end up watching it after Doctor Who. Oh, and I didn't think much of the talent this year.

Yeah. Thankfully I didn't see it this Saturday, but it fills the gap between the end of Doctor Who and dinner.

here they had "You're the one that I want" looking for Danny and Sandy in Grease. I watched some episodes but enjoyed the auditions more than the weekly challenges.

I think we have something similar on ITV at the moment, which is to challenge ADWD. And again, it is something I try not to watch on TV.

Urgh. Grease is the Word is what it is called, if I remember correctly. I avoid it like the plague.

How on earth did Ben (I think that was what he was called) survive when he was by far the worst?

Is it me or does Lee? (dark curly hair) look like he'd makle a yummy Mr Darcy, plus he's the best :lol:

I love Lee.

I love Rob.

I love Daniel.

 

And Lee is quite hot. But so is Daniel. And Rob is slightly endearing.

 

And Ben should have gone. But WHY did they give him such a hard song in the first place? Johndeep wasn't great but he wasn't the worst. And why Chris was in the bottom 2, God knows!

 

I don't like Lewis or Craig very much either :?

So who was the second guy booted last night? That dude with the huge teeth is scary and the guy who got through the first sing off has the charisma of a plank of wood.

 

I like Seamus and Mr Darcy lookalikey

Seamus was the second guy to go last night :P He deserved to go though. Yeah, he may have been older but he thought he knew everything and he was really arrogant!

 

Chris (Mister Big Teeth) is scary. Last night he didn't do his best performance but last week he was great and didn't deserve to be in the Bottom Two.

 

Craig (Guy who got saved in first round) isn't good but he was better than Antony last night. I think he'll go in the next couple of weeks.

 

Overall, I still like Lee, Daniel and Rob best. I do like Keith as well but he isn't right for Jospeh. =)

I felt a bit sorry for Antony, but he didn't sing well...except when he went at the end in the goodbye sone...sang that with real passion....should have done that before :roll:

 

And Seamus, I was shocked to see him in the bottom two but Ben definately sang better.

 

I have a mad crush on Lee....He can act, sing and is georgeous *swoons*

He is rather good looking, there is no denying that ;)
