ooc for those reading this its a retro rp to fill in some past in my chars history

M'bela sat looking at the sun going down in the horison, another day passed, the 6th by now. Her eyes strayed in the direction of where her home would be found, that was over a weeks ride from here anyhow. But there was litle to do but wait, anything else would for sure lead dangerously close to signing her own death warant for disobidience. So here she sat on this desert place, awaiting the lord knew what, a sign, a messenger, she only knew she had been told to go here and wait.

She rose and turned to go back down the hill to her sparce camp, when she sudenly felt it to her left. Spining she was just in time to see a gateway close, a mae'shadar?, no even from here the strength, less they had an angreal or ter'angreal, but why the power show. The other posibility made a shiver go down her spine. It was hard to make out the person coming closer as they had the sun in their back, she held on to saidar, thoug only briefly, she was no fool to not hold it and be an easy victim for shielding, yet that strength it would be foolish to try and draw to much either and make the other feel like one was preparing an attack. And so she waited till she could make out the features of the person, her thougths and half fears confirmed, as she forced herself to let go of saidar without shivering.

No she had been around long enough to control and master her mask and outside behavior, to not show what went on inside her mind. It was a batle to keep her pose relaxed and not freeze up even so, it had been over 2 years, and enough meetings in tel'aran'rhiod, yet that was not the same as this, even if the result could be just as disasterous.

As the other steped up beside her she bowed her head in respect, in many ways alike yet so much separated them. Her mind was already trying to solve what this ment before anything had been said, remember if she did anything wrong, yet knowing that even the thougth of runing was in vain if so. Slowly she forced herself to look up hoping to get an answer maybe see something in the eyes or face of her mistress. She was relived when she saw no imidiate sign of anger, and waited, it wouldnt do to press her.

Semirhage looked at the aged dreadlady, one of medium age by this age counting on the dark side all considering. This was one of those who could have done much already now but had been picked for something else, for the future. She needed leaders and a web of contacts, and had been building that over the few years she been free again, this could have done even now but hopefully would do even bether for what was to come. Temporarily she had placed skilled enough persons to lead her networks, those with less potential to be what she really wanted, at the same time chosing a couple handfull that would in time replace them.

These chosen of hers would be shaped and tested, those breaking would find a cold grave awaiting, the rest would in time form the truly loyal circle of thrustworthy leaders she wanted to soround herself with, those she would count on as much one could any but oneself when she really needed such persons. And this one was one of those she had hopes for, but there was so much ignorance in this age, and so she had to teach her chosen subjects as well, specially those gifted so as to fully be able to use their potential. Yes it would be inconvinient if the woman turned out among those broken.

Another thing these dreads had done was bussy themself with organisisng and administratives, which ment that the knowledge of skiming and traveling was limited, in basis placing most to travel like normal mortal ones. For now she had descided that suited her well enough though, yes it would give the other chosen the same edge as her, but at least it gave them an extra edge along with all the other things placing them apart from the channelers of this age. It did mean things went slower in essence as well, which was one thing she intended to mend without breaking their rules as such yet, thoug had she felt the need she of course placed herself above such silly rules. But yes with this one it could be done, the talent allowed for another path without to much risk.

She waited till she looked up then a litle longer, oh she was controled, but she knew enough that had she dvelved the woman she would have found the truth, and it was best to let them twitch a litle, think of what could be and be relived rather when not, so they remembered their respect. "Watch" it was a command as much as anything, and slowly she wove the alternative gateway, not making a whole in the patern to another place in this world, but opening a gate to the same spot in an alternative world, one to many to dangerous to risk them fumbeling in there. She repeated the weave before motioning to the woman to make it, but not this one, she knew the world, knew how to master it quite well so far due to her longstanding talent of walking it at will.

When she was content the other was not like to kill herself with the weave she wove a proper gateway with inverted strands instead. OPening it to a dark location and bidding the other to follow her throug

M'bela litterary shivered with tiredness as she finaly could let go of saidar after weaving the web of protective weaves around her home. She had arived through the way of traveling the dream in flesh. She was exhausted and beaten both physicaly and in her mind after the last few days. At times she had started to belive she would never be let go, get back here, feel somewhat safe from new surprices, tests, lessons. Knowing only that whatever she had been ment to prove she had managed to some degree to do so, cause she was still alive unlike some who had broken over the last few days.

With a shiver she steped out of her clothes who could hardly be regarded as more then rags anymore, discusted she tossed them into the fireplace to burn later, walking outside to scrub down in the small stream runing past her litle cot. Then back inside strugeling to grasp saidar again to ward her dreams before colapsing on her bed, so tired even with the nerves still cramped up inside she had no toruble finding sleep.
