Only while foreigners own most of them.

 

National would have us in black outs from such policies as cutting funds, laying off the competent staff, and keeping the bad cheap ones, then moaning that the power locks them out of their bank accounts if we owned them all.

 

I grew up under that as a kid, and yeah, not what I look forward to.
