My youngest son is a Fire Lt-EMT. Last year he was working on Christmas and this is what I made for them.

I just finished making these cookies (I call them 'C4' they are Cream cheese cinnamon clove) for a friend. I invented the recipe last February. I also love using this little cat cookie mold I have. 

They sound great!

 

I'll be baking cookies today. First off, Snickerdoodles, which are my favorite, followed by chocolate chip, by popular demand. Tomorrow, I hope to make molasses cookies. The fourth kind remains to be seen. 

I finished decorating my gingerbreads, well, a couple of days ago, which was my final baking project before Christmas!

Though that is a lot of baking, do you have a large family, if I am not prying?

My sister is visiting this Xmas, and she has two kids. You'd never believe it, but kids can eat a surprising amount of cookies. Especially if they have candy on them!

*Steals a couple of yummy cookies* They look delicious!

Oh those do look delicious! 

I did molasses peanut butter earlier this season, and before that Snickerdoodles (my son's request during his college finals week). Last week it was mint-chocolate chip cookies. Since we still have some of both, I will probably make the peppermint snowballs next week. There's only three of us in the house so I spread out the cookies. 🙂

The Snickerdoodles (my favorite) went quickly, but the chocolate chip ones lasted a long time.
