Lemme try.

When I tried, I was able to create the rotating gif, but then when I try pasting it as a signature, it says it violates the rules because it has "too many links"... 🧐

You have to make it rotate and then upload it to a hosting site. I use Imgur. It's free.

 

Back in the day we all used photobucket, but then they decided you'd have to pay £15 a month just to get links you could use on forum boards.

 

Which is daylight robbery 

 

So we all just switched instead

I then picked "Insert image from URL" in my settings...

and it rejects the imgur url

 

Am I doing it wrong?

May I ask what you did differently, so I can update my siggy next time we add a frame?

Right so I use the imgur app, cos am just on phone.

 

I tap on the image to open it in full and then tap on the bent arrow at the bottom to share, and then select the 'get imgur url' button that pops up.

 

If you try and do it from the front page, without tapping on and activating the individual image, it tries to put a folder name or something in front and then it doesn't work.

 

Me and Turin had to practise what to do in a PM cos we'd forgotten everything lol

@Andy MacLeod If you want me to make the new rotation after you get a new one just PM me the new one and I can add it to the rotation with the ones I have already.

I used ezgif.com  You just upload the images, set the number of frames to the number of siggys and then set the frame rate to 500 and save it to my computer. Then when I post it here you just save it to your own device and upload in your signature spot.
