Did I say Obaday Fing?  No, I didn't.  Granted, I didn't technically 'say' anything, but whatever.

It was a suggestion, not a piccolo.

Fail.  On so many levels.

That's not what he looks like in the movie, but from what I've seen, he doesn't look too much better. Which doesn't bother me, because DBZ is nonsensical garbage anyway.

The fact that they're making a movie of it is enough for the fail.  That would be like making a live action movie of Yu-gi-oh!  Oh, the suspense of a children's card game.

I kinda liked that show the first time around, but it loses something when you realise that half of every episode is made up of slow pans across the scene while somebody monologues.

Not to mention the fact that it's a freaking card game.

Really the only dumb thing about that was that it was a card game UPON WHICH RESTED THE FATE OF THE WORLD

Well, at least it had a PLOT (weak as it was).  Unlike Pokemon.  The only plot of that show was "catch them all."

 

Seriously, how do kids get warped into this bullsh*t?

Because they hypnotize them.

Obviously.  And you'd think it would wear off once you turned 8.

*snort* Recently the Pokemon games have even tried to pretend to have a plot by putting a little more effort into their end-of-the-world scenario. But I suppose having as much plot as your average Final Fantasy would detract from the repetetive gameplay.
