I think the black is better.

After almost 20 hours, I start to like it

God no.

it does, after 51 hours the white one actually hurts your eyes. though  some parts of the layout are better, personal information is more readable, because its all together, but the tab things are a bit diddy, but to be honnest after all this time that white one disorientated me..and i remeber the fisrt time it happened i did actually like it better, so i think its just a matter of getting used to really

Well the theme will change to something better it's on my priority list, but first there are other major things that need fixing before hand.  I'm not tech admin anymore, but I'm helping where I can.  Permissions for moderation takes priority over theme.  But it's next on my list.

o.k. about the moderation thing being fixed. will all dm staff get the nifty little tag that labels them staff or is it just a certain few?

This isn't a theme issue it's the privs issues, please check the new thread coming up in a few mins.
