hummm... Captain General of OOC? *smirks* so you are Jade :)

;) @ Horn

mmmhummmmm *nods* another reason why I like woodwins ;)!! only difference is - we can't march when its raining lol.... it sucks!

lol you still get muscle failure, just different muscles! It all depends on how long you've been playing...

that and I just had a major embouchure change, so I'm using muscles not used to being used, so they are all weak!

ohh - yea that can be tough..

I think if I picked up my clarinet again - I'd have to reform my entire embouchure *sighs* ..almost scary lol; considering I haven't played in almost 6 yrs - I basically just put it in my closet after high school. I wonder if I even remember the notes or how to read music!

Where do you live Tiren?? Frenchie ya I had that happen' date=' everywhere I go people oggle the baby. Now she's 4 and they still do it. Fricking annoying and it just makes her have a big head! http://reallywildpages.netfirms.com/picturepro/nfpicturepro/albums/userpics/10003/normal_Pink%20Dress%20Nov%202005-2.jpg[/quote']

Awwww, she's a cutie Jade!

I played flute in junior high. I started Band in HS but decided I wanted to hang out at the football games and not have to play at them... LOL. Haven't tried playing since then.

Oh but playing in the pep band made football games so much more fun! Especially when issues of the Lyre came out... a newsletter we made ourselves that.. shall we say... parents tried unsuccessfully to shut down... hehe so until they gave up we produced the Anti-Lyre as our underground newsletter..hehe

Haha... I NEVER went to band camp... lol.

And thanks Jade... :) He is cute... I'm not biased at all.

:) yea.. band was the ONLY reason I went to football games

*smiles* we got to make fun of all the cheerleaders and dancers!

:D yea I was in Theater too

....actually - I was in Technical Theater!! I got to mess with Light (so much fun when you give actors a blue nose ;)) and back stage stuff!!

Ya I was choir so I never did do band, my brothers were all band geeks. In fact my brother shawn won the Phillip Sousa award if anyone knows what that is. *G*

I never got any awards til marching band, when I got Outstanding Brass Player during marching band my senior year. I would have rather had something during concert band though! I worked tons harder for it!
