tbc I'm not even pushing Gud here, I'm just frustrated at the complete lack of anything constructive from them, similar to how you are with Dice, but Dice somehow gets this big push against them while Gud ends up in a pocket because meme clear. I feel like I have 2-3 millstones around my neck this game.

@Lenlo The reason I have thought you were wolf the whole game is prolly not a good one in your opinion but it's simply your crap attitude. Not saying a town can't be pissy and rude but it's more likely a wolf that would be all defensive and mean. *shrugs* It started with you blowing out of context the zander comment to dice and has just spiraled in your treatment of me.

As was said before, the Zander/Dice thing was blown out of proportion by him, I said it was a bad joke and it's gone from there. But that interaction is all you have, it's the only thing you've ever said about me, so I'm not surprised you're sticking with something that happened over a week ago as your only reason for voting me. Anything more would require some effort. So you're right, it's not a good reason, it's not even a factual one.

 

As for being "Pissy/mean" if you can't handle a bit of pressure and that makes me look rude to you, then I don't know what to say. Zander has been far ruder to Dice but you didn't say a word to him. Heavy has been ruder to RTE but you didn't say a word to him. P certain there's a few more examples from Verb/Zander I could find as well. But the only one you care about is me, because I'm not insta pocketing you for doing nothing in a game of internet guess-who.

I don't even understand the Gud Dice comparison you mention here.  I've explained my Dice read/thoughts.  I have also explained Gud.  Again I can certainly be wrong.  But I feel Gud's playing much more(then Dice and again Turin fwiw) like last game (where she was Town) and Dice (and Turin fwiw) are playing differently than last game (both Town).  Im a Meta gut players distinctive differences in playstyles tends to be most like difference in alignments.

 

I'm not saying you have to agree but I kinda feel like you at least understand from my PoV

There's AtE in that exact post I quoted, thats exactly what the "Please back off, this is rude and if you dont back off you'll look even ruder" is. If you can't see that then fine, you haven't been able to see anything Gud as written all game, but there's no other way to describe what she said than AtE.

Sure, that's fine. I'm not expecting you to suddenly start actually reading what Gud writes. I'm not even pushing her for a lynch, because I can separate annoyance at a player from their role in the game, I just was done with not saying what I find frustrating about half the players not actually participating in this game, in which she is included

tbc, I dont think it's a purposeful tactic to get me to stop pushing them, I dont think its some thought out plan, if that's what you are assuming from AtE. Just seems like their default approach to the game.

It's also worth saying btw, some of the most charmed, charismatic players can be polite to a fault while wolf, and some town can be absolute raging arses. Imo, it's NAI, the content of the posts is what matters usually not the attitude. Esp cause attitude can be faked.

No  it s a play the game thing. people want to know WHY your voting someone, or sussing someone. It gives info on you, them that the person might have missed, and might give the person reading an ephinany cause of something you say

It also just helps build a paper trail so that, as the game goes on, read/vote progression can be analyzed or looked back on in light of new information/flips. Mafia is a game of information, town want as much as possible while Wolves typically try to reduce the amount of (useful) information as much as possible. Hence it is pro-town to voluntarily provide as much information as possible.

Now obv some information, such as roles, should be kept private as there is more power in keeping those secret, at least until the right time to reveal them. Reveal to early, get NK'ed, reveal to late, risk being useless. This balance of information is what makes mafia fun, for me at least. It's why I critique what I am.
