I was thinking Beach Boys but cannot think of a title that would fit. Surfin' USA does not seem to tick all the boxes. Is the bikini a different item or just a continuation of the theme? It's not even an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini, which would have made it easier, to be fair.
