You retrieve it and tuck it back into your pack, completing your supply once more. The small Spirit rune you left still glows faintly, a subtle marker of your preparedness.

2. As in not look for what I guess is endgame once we have mastered all the elements but head back to the beginning to choose another element.

Then, you mark a route leading back to the altar in the Sacred Grove, knowing that returning there may open new elemental choices—or reveal guidance from the Guardian of Balance. With the trial complete and the Elemental Essence within you, the altar may respond differently than before.

You fold the map and tuck it safely away. The path forward—and back—is now set.
