I remember DM had a rule about having only one character per Division, does that still hold today?

For now, yes it is still in place. :)

By "for now" does that mean it might be changed? I'm asking cause someone told me somewhere that they might be considering changing it...

There is an ogoing discussion about it, but for now the rule is still one character per Divison. :)

 

However!  Something that *has* changed since you've been gone is that you may now have one character in *each* Division, instead of the old limit of three total. :D
