Can you only join one ORG?  and if I joined the Seanchan ORG, what would that entail?

You can join more than one, but I would suggest limiting yourself, until you are more familiar with the site.  The Seanchan are all about Entertainment.  Topics include Tv shows, Movies, Console games, the inner workings of E and Y's life, Cads legs, Barm's unfunniness, Pait and Hax's(?) battle to be E's favorite, etc.

You can join as many of the orgs as you like. 

 

Once you join you gain access to our private board.  Really that is all there is to joining the Chan.  We don't have official ranks like some orgs.  We are more of a hang out place for people.

 

While our public boards do entail our theme, our private boards are more of a place for members to get to know each other. 

 

The Chan is also the home of the Family.  This is a group of Chan idividuals that have been ultra active and are invited to become part of a more select and secret organization.  The Family is just what it sounds like... we try to form bonds that ensure we stay friends for a long time.  The 'books' are only open at select times and we only induct Chan members that have proven themselves as active Chan members.

How do I get mafia ranking?

Be active. Be awesome. There are no specific activities that get you points or ranking in this org.

Although sucking up to Emp helps.  ;)

What is funny is the my original welcome post went into that.  We are not like a standard org where we say.... "Hey do this and this... pretend to be a RP character... and then you get raised".  Basically since you started out you are an Associate of the Family.  To be "made" into the Family... you have to gain our trust and we have to get to know you.  We are not going to "make" someone that will not get along with us or is never around.  So really all you need to do is be yourself and don't ignore the org.  Eventually we will open our books and admit new people to the "Family".
