Skechididdles and I were talking about this today and he asked how we were dealing with the change in rank from SL to Asha'man. I said that you could make up something about being "away from the Tower on other duties" and for that reason the rank change occurred.

 

Those who've been SLs in the past will obviously carry fair weight and authority, and will be eligible for reselection as Storm Leaders in the future.
