I had clearly way too much time in my hands today since I begun to wonder what my DM characters would be like if the personalities and their histories were roughly the same but they were transfered into the modern world.

 

Arette, my exiled Aes Sedai, would obviusly have been a mousy librarian but in her current state she would be a voluntary humanitarian worker working in some industrialized country to help poor people.

 

Sahra, my Tower Trainee, might have joined the army, likely the Peacekeepers.

 

Mina, my Dreadlady to be, I could see as a hitman and enforcer for Godfather Be'lal or maybe running her own motorbike gang :P

 

How about your characters? :) What would they be if they lived in our world?

Saline, my Accepted, will be a very troubled young student. *Grin.*

My Asha'man Dharmo would probably be a semi-crooked cop who'd spend equal amounts of time chasing booze and girls as he would criminals.  Gon would be a drug lord running a large operation from Panama, where he'd control the Panama Canal and make sure his goods pass by safely. And I would be under his protection.

M'bela - mafia or something...or some sort of big buisnis woman runing all over smaller companies and persons to make as much money as posibl

I've been meaning to answer this one.  Mat/Cari right now would probably be in jail.  With modern technology the way it is these days and the whole forensic scene, her murderous ways she would have been caught long ago I think.  Convicted and sentenced to execution I'm sure lol.
