Our annual videogame awards from viewers vote went down like this:

    * Hottest Babe – Kasumi (DOA Xtreme 2) – 55%

    * Best Strategy Game – Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars – 40%

    * Best Sports Game – Wii Sports – 48%

    * Best Action Game – Gears of War – 47%

    * Best RPG – The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess – 53%

    * Most Original Game – Dead Rising – 41%

    * Best Multiplayer Game – Gears of War – 42%

    * Best Downloadable Content – The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles – 36%

    * Best Voiceover – The Mighty Rasta as Augustus “Cole Train” Cole (Gears of War) – 46%

    * Best Graphics – Gears of War – 66%

    * Best Soundtrack – Guitar Hero II – 66%

    * Game Most Deserving Of An Uwe Boll Movie Adaptation – Red Steel – 40%

    * Game of the Year – Gears of War – 45%

    * Longest Lasting Game Award – The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess – 41%

    * Best Handheld Game – Pokemon Diamond and Pearl – 39%

 

Gears of War rocks!  I need to get my disc and play that game again but I'm having fun with Halo/Halo2 right now.

It's pretty sad when a demo game (wii sports) is voted best sports game. :D

 

On the other hand I'm glad Zelda TP made a showing.  I'm just glad that nintendo will FINALLY be using actual voice overs at least in Metroid Corruption.

 

Gears of War looked pretty slick, I can't wait till my co-worker gets it so I can mooch.
