Robert Neville is the last man alive. He busies himself with preparing for a nightly attack from the rest of the world - all of which have transformed into blood-thirsty vampires.

I dunno... based on that criteria I think I'd just give up. Only person left? It would be so boring.

Are they making that into a movie? someone told me about that book and how kick ass it was so i think I should read it some time

He's the only person left...in a world full of VAMPIRES! Plus, it looks like he has an awesome dog.

wouldn't the vampires eventually die off or go into some sort of slumber then? unless they could also feed off of other animals? in which case, it would be awesome to have vampire wolves and lions :P

I'd have to ask whats the point in fighting unless theres some random human female to procrate with, or vampire/human hybread. >_>

Wouldn't it just be 'safer' to go to some sorta bunker, wait till your 90, and unleash some sort of nuklear halocuast type thing the moment you die? (and take everything with you, or create radioactive mutant vampires >_>)

I am certainly excited about this, even more now that I know vampires are in it.

I saw a trailer for this when I saw Terminator, I think.  It looks Awesome!  The trailer didn't really clarify What the monsters were, though, so I'm happy to know that they're vampires.
