Heyyyya, found my way over here. So anyone tired of me yet? ha! no don't answer that. All I know is, I've been trying for months and months to make new uploads in my gallery and every time I get a message like this: Directory 'albums/userpics/16388/' is not writable, files can't be deleted

I've tried everything I can think of- even to starting over and making a new account- which didn't work apparently cos there's no option to get a new gallery account. PLEASE tell me what I can do to make this work. I see lots of new pics on there- only I seem to be having any problem. Help? *feeling rather desperate*

Thanks a million,

Leaf

The best thing to do is to send email to Fader at help@dragonmount.com explaining the problem and letting him sort it out, since he is DM's tech admin.

Corki has it right. Thats the best possible avenue for you to take.

Oh good, I was wondering why you hadn't uploaded any new work!  Hope it works for you soon. I'm anxious to see your new stuff!

You are not alone! I've seen a few threads here and there where people have been having problems with the gallery. Not sure if it's the same problem, but it's not just you having difficulties, and that is usually reassuring.  ;D
