He would probably not be able to. We know that it is not possible to use angreal when holding TP, and linking should fall under the same rules.

Indeed. The description is almost exactly the same between linking and drawing on the power through an angreal.

 

Additionally Moridin would be unlikely to risk the attempt, for as RJ says, interactions between the One Power and the True Power can be unpredictable.

I wonder if it would be possible for someone to make a dark angreal for lack of a better word.

Imagine that.....a 'Dark' Choedan Kal, that would definetely be bad for Rand. 

I don't see any reason why an angreal couldn't be dark.

True, the TP probably could be used the same way as the OP is to make angreal.
