Because i've recieved a Second PM towards this, I figure I'm going to save myself a headache and just post this information one more time. ;)

 

 

 

On the top bar you should be able to see "Home" "Help" "Search" "Groups" ..etc.

 

Click on "Groups". You should be able to see a list of groups one one side and then a number to how many are in that group. (Probably a "0"). 

 

Click on the "#". If you scroll down you should be able to see "List of Members to Add".

 

Add Members by Handle. You can add more than one member at a time.

 

 

Also, the only groups you will be able to see are the groups that you have moderation rights over. (So, just your Ajah. I Only have Staff, Main Members, White & Red Ajah Moderation. So no, I can not add you to the Black Ajah usergroup. :P)

I found the way to have my Gray Sisters join the user group and added them all, I think...but I can't seem to find the board itself.

There is no Gray Ajah board on my list and I'm willing to email you a print/screen to prove it. :P No seriously, I am really starting to wonder if I'm being kept from my Ajah. *whimpers then grins*

Which goes for any other ajah head.  You just have the ability to ADD ppl to your ajah, you MUST add everyone including yourself.

 

Just because you can moderatre group doesn't mean you are part of it, and if you had noticed when you first started it all started with Zero wouldn't you think you'd need have your name there somewhere.  These boards are not like phpbb in any fashion, but the principles are the same, you must have your name on the list to be part of said group.
