- A heavy paneled door had thick hinges and iron straps, and a black iron lock set in it as big as a man's head. Shelves lined the walls, holding plain boxes and inlaid chests of various sizes and shapes, small figures in bone or ivory or darker material, things of metal and glass and crystal that sparkled in the candlelight. Nothing that appeared dangerous.

Proposed Dragonmount Description

- In the lower levels of the Tower, there is a set of stairs that lead down several flights until they level out into a corridor that leads to a heavy oak door with massive hinges and iron straps to reinforce it.  A black iron lock is set in it the size of a man’s head.

- Behind the door is a large round room that functions as a foyer.  A horseshoe desk sitting in the centre, several log books can be seen on it that serve as the catalogue for a huge variety of angreal, ter’angreal and other items stored within the Tower Vault.  From this room there are many different doorways that lead to storerooms.

- Each storeroom is dominated by rows of shelves, each with boxes, chests, and many figurines and items that are tagged appropriately.

Pre-Black Ajah Theft Security

- A single Accepted during the open hours, not so much there for the purposes of security but to ensure that all items taken from the vault are logged and those who check them out sign their release.

- Usually a couple of sisters present in the Vault at most hours.

Post-Black Ajah Theft Security

- Three Aes Sedai are present in the foyer, at least one of the Brown Ajah at all times to overlook the logs.

- To withdraw an item from the Vault, one requires a Sitter of the Hall to take responsibility for it (give permission).

- At least a couple of sisters patrolling the vaults at all times.

- Sisters are on duty for six hours at a time.

- Wards are placed on each individual vault and can only be lifted and replaced by those sisters on duty during that watch, any ward triggered will bring more sisters to the vault within minutes.
