Alright, now that we've figured out the politics, lets think about this.  We have a number of NSW's in our pool so far for the White Ajah that are listed below (I've also allocated them to a doctrine as I can best fit it to a personality):

 

- Adrai Tynin (Eldest Sitter of the Hall 268, Blade)

- Charlotta Sharlandt (198 years old, Blade)

- Ismine Dorl (160, Diamond)

- Khassefeh Avendire (146, Blade)

- Mariith Avendire (146, Diamond)

 

Ismine has enough age to be a sitter, and she has a fair degree of power to go with her authority of age.  I can easily fix her bio up to be the 'Diamond' Sitter to balance out Adrai as the 'Blade' sitter.  That just leaves us an Ajah Head to craft.  I'm thinking someone in the two hundred range, could have been considered a 'Blade' at one point but over the years of argument has come to see that the Diamond is not without merit, and that the doctrinal conflict has created unecessary problems within the Ajah for no good reason because if the Diamond were wrong, then their lack of results would undermine it. 

 

Yet the hierarchy's suppression of the doctrine from positions of authority has created unecessary dissension.  Hence giving her impetus to push against Leah Bree and take on the position, so she can bring balance back to the White Ajah.
