I've noticed some allusions to Narg.  Who/What is he?

Narg is the trolloc that speaks to Rand in the Al'Thor farmhouse when Rand returns to get things to help him get Tam to Emond's Field.  Rand kills him (accidently) when Narg attacks him.

That's what they want you to think.  :-\ Narg was really the DO's embodiment and Rand killed him.  There isn't gonna be a final battle because the DO is already dead.  Ha surprising isn't it?

Didn't he start the Way of the Coconut? lol

He was a 300th century trolloc philosopher who believed humans should adhere to the "Way of the Coconut", as he called it, which is to say that he thought all humans should subject themselves to the head-splitting blades of the Trolloc war machine.

 

He was encountered by Rand during the attack on the Al'Thor farm, where Rand killed him after Narg was unable to proselytize him.
