So, a new trainee in about a year of his training would have knowledge of basic sword forms. As he advances higher up in WS he also learns Intermediate sword forms. I used to have this handy list of what was what on the Gaidin sit to check up on, but now the sword forms are mentioned in alphabetical order!

 

My question: which forms are beginner, which are intermediate and does anyone maybe have a list of these?

 

I was writing a spar for Alwyn and realized he would know the beginner and perhaps one or 2 intermediate sword forms as he's an advanced student. But I can't remember which is which! ???

 

Maybe someone can link me? :D

The reason the list is now in alphabetical order is because I wasn't sure where to put in the new forms from New Spring that have been missing for a long time.  Thanks Andrea for providing the list.
