Howdy folks,

I usually just used the Robert Jordan blog pages to keep up on the development of the final book.  I hadn't checked it in a few months so just found out about his passing.  Somehow it didn't make any of the news I watch or read.  I join with you all in being saddened at his loss. 

 

Anyway, I bought Eye of the World when it was released in 1990 and I have spent the past 17 years being impatient for RJ to write them faster.  I thought I would join these forums to begin discussing with others the author and books that I have loved best in my many years of reading.  I'm even a big fan of his Reagan O'Neal books.

 

Looking forward to the many interesting insights and thoughts you all offer.

I would reccomend the Wolfkin for Chilli, TQ and cheerleaders, oh and we like to have fun there too...lol

 

Also the Band for the brews, brawls, games and mathem, and we're the music and travel org.

Welcome Kilo, you've been reading the books as long as I have lol, time flies huh? We were all very saddened when RJ passed. Glad you decided to join, do stop by the Band and the Wolfkin.
