Define "old buds."  In answer to your first question, though, there's been a bit of a reworking of the division system, and CotS is the result.

and yeah...rand left...i am leader...owen taken over as RP admin...the divisions been split into 4 groups...lead by 4 GLs who is somewhat equalent to incarns, and the DL position replaced by their Asistant Group Leaders

and well just me back of the staff group and GL of CotS, Quibby here is AGL of the dready division and ashara is AGL of the df one which h as ss as a subguild to it

Well when I said old buds I meant anyone who recognised me, and more specifically any of the guys from a few years back when I used to spend a lot of time on DM, any of my old friends. I think a list I left on another board involved Narg, Noggy, Roka (of course), Koras (I miss that dude), Kagato/Murasame/Amagumo, Rand/Rahvin (I hear he's still long gone though). There's got to be a whole load more on this list, but these are the first names that spring to mind.

I'm around occasionally, you non-bud-type-person  ;)

the rr_sinc....yes the msn seems to work by what he says...we only had the first in shadowhall...and he said that had been deleted so he now used the hotmail one (should have figured lol)
