Question about KotOR

Okay I just got my hands on an old copy of the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (circa 2003?).

I don't play many games on the PC.  Is this worth downloading and playing, or is it too outdated?  Also there is no info on system requirements, anything special?

I definately recommend KotOR, it's one of my favourite RPGs. The story is really great, and the system requirements aren't too bad. I played it on my old PC which had a GeForce FX 5200, and I'm told that that graphics card was terrible.

I've actually been hearing rumblings about the next iteration of this IP hitting the xbox in a year or two, using a revamped value(good vs bad) scale much more like Mass Effect.

It's a great game to play so Yes I recommend getting the game.

If you can, try and find Kotor 2 as you will definitely want to play that as well.

Oh yeah, KotOR and KotOR 2 are totally worth the play.

I've had them for a few years now, and still pull one or the other of them out once in a while to play through over a few days.

ooo love both one and 2 ;D Like the Idea better of the first, but the secpnd equalled the story but was 'more fun'.... which is to say, that is was awesome ;D 'cause the first was great ;D I too still pop them in occasionally :) I'd recommend it for even those wjo DON'T like Star Wars... It doesn't take any preknowledge, and is great even from 'just' the game aspect.
