Alrighti, so my bio just got approved and CC'd, so I guess the next step is to have someone pick Darin up out of Amaadicia and bring him to the stedding. From what I saw of the site RP's, the WK are practically at war with Amadicia, so that oughta prove interesting. Any volunteers?

I can pick your character up, though if you don't mind I'd like to wait a few days for Crista to get back from her holiday.  She plays the other active Tracker and she hasn't gotten many opportunities to do pick ups so far.  Plus she'll probably post faster than me :)

Crista's LOA is pretty much over so she will likely be able to post for you in a day or two. I'd recommend that you start the thread and set the stage that Timewalker can then enter.

 

James could have also RPed picking you up but he is on forced LOA because his screen died.

 

I'm sorry that you have to wait, Darin. Holidays are a bit problematic time for people who actually have lives and families :P

 

Also, if you are willing to make assumptions about what happened during your pick up, you could start a post where you are already at the stedding and are adjusting to life there. You could make it an open thread and have anyone who wants to jump in. We do timeline jumping like that all the time :) It can be a bit confusing but I am often so impatient that I want to continue the story even before the earlier phase is completely finished.

Where are you wandering? I may not be a wanderer but i'm out and about everywhere... :D And well.. what's a little help going to hurt.. i'm sure that Korrena can be nice now and then. :D

Not a problem, I get real impatient myself, especially around the holidays, since I'm still a minor and thus, live with my family, ^_^

She will not at all be pleased with finding our dear Korrena so far from the Stedding :P  But I am back and willing to pick you up!  Just post the link to your arrival or PM me with it and i'll be ready to jump in!

Alright so this is kind of unrelated to my finding thread, but for training purposes, I guess I need to know my starting Weapon Score. I've never done anything like this before, so I kinda need some help on how it works. I've read the article on the DRPSW site, and I figured since he led his section of Children into battle he should have a score of at least eleven, but I'm not sure if this was decided by the AGL's or what, so....help please?

Let me check with Arette and see if she gave you a WS or not while I was out.  Typically though, the highest you can start is a 5.  The bio might show a high degree of proficiency, but your character will be starting with a new style of fighting (and we want to make sure we have time to see them grow into their skills. :P  We don't like to start people too high and give no room for personal growth :P  And yes... I do this :P way too often)  But I want to check with our darling GL since she was filling in for me while I was doing the Ho Ho Ho thing.

That's fine, like I said I've never done this sort of system before, if need be, I was thinking of having him take up a completely new weapon once he got to the stedding anyway, but keep up his proficiency with the sword.
