I love her refusal to post pictures of any sort. And her insistence that there are square holes in the clouds watching her raise this pod baby.

I just loved this part...

 

Twice a day I change the water and give it a drop of egg yolk.

 

Twice a day, I notice the egg yolk has disappeared and/or been converted into cloudy white precipitate.

 

Therefore, the seed >IS< processing the egg yolk.
