Carelia picked up her pace as she glided down the halls, her heels clicking lightly on the cold stoned floors. She wore her green dress today. The green made her bright blue eyes glitter in her face and she knew that the embroidery on the dress was just what she needed on a day out of the Tower. She was not usually so attentive to her looks, it was often that she simply wondered from day to day barely remembering to even change her clothes. But today she had a specific task ahead of her.

She had heard mention of a wayward Novice in the Tower. Though there seemed to be a growing number of these restless youths, this one had caught her attention. Her name was Tirzah, and though Carelia felt that everyone should be allowed to live their lives as they pleased, the rumors about this one were too much to dismisses. She had also spied the girl in the dining hall one evening and shocked at the manners of the girl. Id she ahd not been wearing Novice whites, Carelia could have mistaken her for a young tower trainee.

She'd sent the girl a note to meet her at the gates of the Tower. She wanted to give the girl a chance to be one. After all, she was stuck with her studies on the meaning and importance of life. She had been stuck for months already. She'd started to attempt to measure the importance of life of a human and a dog. She knew that most Aes Sedai and most people anywhere for that matter, would say that the life of a human held more in it than a that of a dog and thus the dog's life was less meaningful. But she did not see it that way. She had started to study this almost a year ago when she had seen a man kick an alley-cat ruthlessly out of his way. The action had left her gasping for understanding. And she was sure that she was closer to the Truth than she had ever been. She just needed a few moment away from it to see clearly again.

She stood waiting at the gate and pondering just these thoughts when a sound of footsteps was heard behind her. Carelia turned around to look at the Novice approaching her. Carelia smiled as Tirzah curtsied to her.

"Tirzah, you must be wondering why I have called you here." she said tot he black haired girl. She did not wait for her to comment. "My name is Carelia Noradien and I'm a Sister of the White Ajah, not that it's of any consequence now." she added wiping her hand across the air as if to erase her name and status. "What I wanted was to ask you to accompany me on a little trip to Tar Valon. I though a bit of shopping and perhaps a nice meal would tempt you." she spoke with her generally husky mellow voice. She knew she looked nothing like the mother-hen she was attempting to appear, but could not care to correct her words anymore.  "Of course if you would rather keep to your kitchen chores today, you can do so. I'm not forcing you to come with. It just seemed like a nice way to pass a day in the sun." she mused looking at the almost crowded streets that opened behind the gates. She waited for Tirzah to make her choice.
