Because our numbers are so small we have decided that in the best interest of the division we will be combining the teams and the companies into one entity.

 

As a trainee you will be assigned a company.  In this company you will stay into Tower Guard hood.

 

So for a trainee this means that you will be part of the larger tower guard structure at the start.

Tower Guards this means you will have trainees under you now.

For Warders with the new implementation of the WS 6 = TG now it means that you were a TG for a minimum period of time for WS 6 and 7 complettion.  You will be assigned a company that you will not have to serve guard wall time with or be a part of officially, but this leaves the door open for you to complete in any company vs company competitions we might have either retroly or joining your company as a Warder (the choice is yours)

 

I know that we currently have two existing companies but with out active leadership I think we start two new ones.  So we need two new names.  This I leave up to you for suggestions.  So suggest away.

 

More will follow who will lead after the staff has a small discussion.

Just so we all are clear, the company names should sound/look like they came from the same line of thinking as in common language or the old tongue, shouldn't really be one or the other but we can talk that over, I would just prefer to have things uniform, we are after all a unit not necessarily separate entities.

My suggestions for company names are similar to the US Military Company designation.

 

We have six captains with 6 LTs under them and 100 men under each caption so that's 700 men just so we are clear.

 

We will have two PC companies under different captains..

 

So my suggestions are A1 thru A7, B1 thru B7, etc for all 6 captains.

 

Where is it pronounced Alpha One, Bravo One, Charlie One, Delta One, Echo One, Foxtrot One etc.

 

The Captians company will be Ones, and each of our PC will be able to choose from 2 thru 7 when that time comes for their name, but there will be only two companies that PCs will be placed into.

instead of alpha bravo...why not honor the conection we have with the tower

 

make it blue red white yellow green gray and brown

 

if one make a sligth off from the uniform thing you can say all uniforms basicaly like this, all are colored alike as such, but the belt of it and the cloak is colored in your company color

Because I think that there should be any connection to the Ajahs AT ALL.  We do not want ANY confusion.

still i like the color consept so why not go with other colors then?

 

if we could use colors in uniforms in some case and whatnot...for those of us who are not overly onto the whole contest things, there would at least be something that could be used rp wise also for them, and make them remember which company they are in

i edited out those who are related to ajah colors, pink is an unrealistic color, so making it go away reduces the front letter. For S we can do silver, and come up with a meaning for that
